Boy we were busy today!!! Students brainstormed nouns that were as red as Rudolph’s nose and made Rudolph puppets! We even created a yummy Rudolph snack. They also used pattern blocks to build Christmas themed designs and built Christmas tree sight words. The class conducted a candy can experiment with cold and hot water as well as vinegar. All of our candy canes lost their red stripes and ended up dissolving. It was neat to observe the changes. Finally, students brainstormed ideas to help assist Santa if he ever gets stuck in a chimney.
